    Beef short ribs braised in red wine, Szechuan peppercorn and star anise. Served on buttermilk smashed potatoes, with braised mustard greens and jus.

    Oven roasted in the shell Alaskan singing scallops on truffled celery root purée with preserved lemon, chili roasted broccoli, and mixed citrus gremolata.

    Our seasonal salad tonight will be a marinated radish salad with shaved fennel, ruby grapefruit, greens, house smoked Ling cod and dressed in a creamy lemon pecorino dressing.

    Citrus season is still going strong, and we’re here for it with a citrus parfait with earl grey tea custard and crispy meringues.
