Tonight’s salad is once again featuring Josi Farms Kale Caesar. A mix of kale, pickled red onion, spiced hazelnuts, and garlic bread crumbs tossed with our anchovy vinaigrette.
We are having mushrooms for dinner, why not keep the theme going and have truffles for dessert? Caramel coffee panna cotta with chocolate truffles will finish out the meal tonight.
