Our seasonal salad tonight will be Josi farms kale and radicchio Caesar salad with pickled red onions, herb bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts. Dressed with anchovy lemon vinaigrette and house smoked Ling cod.
Miso glazed pacific halibut with grilled asparagus, morel mushroom confit, soft herb couscous and preserved lemon gremolata

Housemade lasagna of braised greens, Brussels raab, roasted garlic, and nettle pesto layered between fresh egg pasta sheets with ricotta, mozzarella and provolone. Served with a tarragon/asparagus cream sauce and toasted pine nuts
It’s been too long since we had a chocolate dessert, so tonight’s dessert will be a chocolate, green tea and fruit parfait.
