    Pork Schnitzel – on smashed butterball potatoes, with creme fraiche, cumin roasted purple carrots and grilled lemon gremolata

    The Knödel! Herbed potato dumplings with wild mushrooms, roasted red onions, braised red cabbage, wax beans and mushroom gravy.  

    Tonight’s salad is Josi farms Armenian, and lemon cucumbers with green goddess dressing, mixed sprouts, seeds, spicy greens and nuts, house smoked fish and pickled red onions.

    Keeping with our theme, we’re bringing out the strudel for dessert this week.  Hand stretched dough wrapped around the end of the season stone fruit and almonds, and served with a creme fraiche whipped cream.
