    Roasted 1/2 chicken basted in lemon and rosemary, with a panzanella salad of toasted Wolfmoon rye bread, heirloom tomatoes, soft herbs, summer beans, housemade bacon lardons, feta and Romesco sauce.

    Tonight’s salad is Josi Farms Armenian and English cucumbers with mixed sprouts, toasted nuts & seeds, house smoked Ling cod and green goddess dressing. (can be made vegetarian on request).

    As for dessert, it will feature stone fruit again. Why? Because it’s the season!  This time, though, we’re going almond cake and compote, but still celebrating the local farm goodness.
