Starting things off tonight will be the Josi farms kale Caesar salad with pickled red onions, herb crumbs, seeds & nuts, and house smoked coho salmon. All tossed in a lemon-anchovy vinaigrette.
Crispy pork schnitzel with braised cabbage, house bacon, brown butter, capers, fresh pasta, soft herbs and feta
OR
Grilled Coho salmon with Moroccan cous cous, last of the summer Moss Creek veggie sauté, with toasted pepitas, and house fermented chili crème fraiche.
Dessert tonight will be a chocolate crackle s’mores tart. A crunchy chocolate shell will hold rich chocolate pastry cream and will be topped by a toasted marshmallow meringue.
