Our seasonal salad tonight will be Circe’s Garden field greens and Davies sprouts tossed in an anchovy vinaigrette with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, and mixed seeds & nuts
Grilled NY strip steak topped with House smoked Ling cod butter. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, and sauce soubise
OR
Duck egg yolk raviolo on braised spring greens, with English peas, green garlic, brown butter, toasted hazelnuts and preserved lemon.
OR
Marinated Pacific Halibut on extra virgin olive oil smashed Yukon gold potatoes with grilled zucchini and a spring onion/basil cream sauce.
Finishing out this Supper we’ll have a celebration of rhubarb. Almond financiers with rhubarb compote and a strawberry rhubarb sauce.
