Coming February 25th!
Tonight’s supper will be 2+ pound whole Pacific rockfish, steam roasted with basil, lemon, and rosemary. Served with roasted fennel, saffron tomato brodo and toasted Wolf Moon baguette.
To start will be a salad of mixed local radishes, shaved fennel, mixed citrus, dulse, and toasted mixed seeds and nuts.
Finish up tonight’s supper with a greek yogurt panna cotta with grapefruit gelee and candied pistachios.
