Coming February 18th!
Tonight’s supper will be Dungeness crab, steamed and roasted, weighing in at two pounds. Roasted garlic, preserved lemon, crab compound butter, and bucatini pasta round out the plate. Served with grilled lemon, hot crab broth and toasted sesame seed bread from Wolf Moon Bakery.
To start will be a salad of mixed local radishes, shaved fennel, mixed citrus, dulse, and toasted mixed seeds and nuts.
Finish up tonight’s Supper with a citrus tart. A shortbread crust is filled with Meyer lemon curd, and topped with white chocolate and candied kumquats
