Coming March 3rd!
Tonight’s supper will be veal schnitzel, breaded and pan fried veal cutlet, with smashed root vegetables, braised red cabbage, agrodolce, served with a beer mustard and sage cream sauce.
To start will be our kale caesar salad, a mix of kale, anchovy dressing, pickled red onions, spiced hazelnuts and garlic herb crumbs.
Finish up tonight’s supper with an individual caramel apple spice cake.
$30 per plate, 5-8pm
