We are embracing local salmon this week, and make no mistake about it!
Your meal will be grilled King salmon with housemade bacon, fava beans, red lentils, olive oil braised morel mushrooms, and a Pinot noir demi glace.
House smoked King salmon salad with spicy greens, pickled red onion, green goddess dressing and toasted nuts and seeds.
Dessert is going to celebrate another seasonal favorite, the strawberry, in a favorite way, shortcake! Our shortcake will feature Oregon strawberries, almond cake and a creme fraiche whipped cream (oh and in case you were wondering, this dessert will be gluten free!)
