Vegetarian lasagna with roasted oyster mushrooms, grilled asparagus, roasted garlic, braised mustard greens, basil pesto, ricotta, and mozzarella. Served with a Parmesan-asparagus bechamel.
Tonight’s salad will be Chinook salmon, smoked in-house, with spicy greens, pickled red onion, green goddess dressing, and toasted nuts and seeds.
Dessert will be strawberry rhubarb slab pie with a ginger streusel topping and a buckwheat crust!
