Your choice of grilled NY strip steak or King salmon, topped with house smoked ling cod butter. Served with olive oil smashed Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus and red spring onion soubise.

Salad of spicy greens and marinated radishes, with green goddess dressing, toasted seeds and nuts.

Dessert celebrates the first of the season strawberries with a tart of strawberry jam, pastry cream and fresh strawberries.
