    Our seasonal salad tonight will be Circe’s garden greens and radicchio Caesar salad with pickled red onion, herbed bread crumbs, and mixed seeds & nuts. Dressed in a lemon anchovy vinaigrette.

    Housemade lasagna of red wine braised beef, roasted garlic and mustard greens. Layered between fresh egg pasta sheets, herbed ricotta, mozzarella, and provolone. Served with a tomato-olive-chili sauce and toasted pine nuts

    Marinated local Ling cod with grilled asparagus, morel mushroom confit and orzo with sorrel/green garlic cream sauce

    Crispy tofu, marinated in soy and sesame, with brown rice, kale raab, snow peas, and bok choy. Served in a fermented chili-porcini mushroom broth.

    No fooling, we have fresh rhubarb, so we’ll finish tonight with a rhubarb fool. Vanilla custard, rhubarb cooked with red wine and all topped with whipped cream.
