    Coming May 25th!

    Our salad tonight will be Circe’s Garden field greens and radicchio Caesar with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts, and topped with house smoked chinook salmon. Dressed in a lemon/anchovy vinaigrette

    House-smoked spiced braised Josi farms beef brisket, American style red thumb potato salad, and steamed melody broccoli topped with chili and crispy shallots.

    Korean miso glazed local Chinook salmon on Dungeness crab fried rice with radish raab, spring onion and toasted sesame.

    OR

    Housemade vegetarian lasagna with braised fava leaves, porcini mushrooms, and grilled zucchini layered between fresh egg pasta sheets, taleggio, mozzarella, and provolone cheese. Served with a tomato chili butter sauce.

    For dessert we have fresh Oregon strawberries from Pablo Munoz farms, with citrus curd and cake, because who can go wrong with strawberries and cake?
