Salad tonight is our Josi farms kale Caesar with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts, and house smoked Chinook salmon. Dressed in a lemon anchovy vinaigrette.

Steamed Manila clam and roasted pork rib ramen with Brussels leaves, miso noodles, pickled purple daikon radish, soy poached egg and chili/pork broth.

OR

Crispy tofu with ginger steamed Chinese choy, miso noodles, pickled purple carrots, roasted delicata squash, soy poached egg and shoyu broth.

Coffee caramel budino with miso and sesame shortbread send things off on a sweet note.
