    It’s our first anniversary! Slow roasted whole pig, chopped, and topped with cabbage cordito. Mixed bean salad with lemon and salsa verde. Steamed corn on the cob with chile lime queso fresco, collard greens braised in homemade bacon and onions, and wild rice pilaf.

    Homemade lasagna, fresh pasta with grilled zucchini, green garlic pesto, ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella with tomato butter sauce.

    Tonight’s salad is Josi Farms kale caesar salad with pickled onions, toasted seeds, nuts, herb crumbs, house smoked fish and anchovy vinaigrette (can be made vegetarian on request). 

    Dessert tonight is a sweet corn frozen custard, with blueberry compote and kettle corn.
