Tonight’s supper will start with a salad of marinated radishes and spring vegetables with seasonal field greens, toasted seeds & nuts, crumbled blue cheese and green goddess dressing
House smoked and braised St. Louis pork ribs on red beans and jasmine rice with rainbow chard, cured pork jowl and braising jus
OR
Herb marinated pacific halibut on horseradish smashed Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus and a spring garlic favanade (yes, we made up this word) with preserved citrus.
Dessert tonight will be flourless chocolate cake, with passionfruit caramel, fresh strawberries (of course!) and candied cocoa nibs.
$35 per person, 3pm-8pm
