    Our salad tonight will be Circe’s Garden field greens and radicchio Caesar with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts, and topped with house smoked chinook salmon. Dressed in a lemon/anchovy vinaigrette

    Pork Osso Bucco on Parmesan polenta with chili braised collard greens and house smoked beef belly with braising jus.

    Marinated Pacific halibut on roasted garlic hummus with late spring vegetable sauté of snap peas, English peas and soft herbs. Preserved citrus gremolata.

    More strawberries arrived this week, so tonight’s dessert will be greek yogurt and honey panna cotta with Albion strawberries and roasted rhubarb, garnished with candied pistachios. A light, sweet finish to celebrate the beginning of June.

    $35 per person, 3pm-8pm
