    House smoked & braised Josi farms beef belly on fermented chili spiced red beans and rice with mustard greens and red wine braising jus.

    Marinated pacific halibut on cauliflower purée with an early summer sauté of padron peppers, fava beans and buttered with sauce salmoriglio. 

    There will be a vegetarian option available by request!

    For dessert tonight there will be a summer fruit and buttermilk buckle with marionberry sauce and whipped cream.
