    A summertime salad starts things off with grilled Robada apricots with field greens, wild arugula, pickled red onions, toasted seeds & nuts and goat cheese.

    Grilled Umpqua valley lamb t-bone on creamy blue cheese polenta, with grilled Josi farms zucchini and sauce salmoriglio

    Grilled Chinook salmon Nicoise with roasted garnet yams, favas, Picholine olives, pickled Fresno chili, sugar snap peas, and a saffron aioli

    Housemade vegetarian lasagna filled with roasted local chanterelles, braised lacinato kale, basil whipped ricotta, mozzarella and provolone cheese. Served with tomato butter sauce 

    Dessert tonight will be a seasonal berry crisp featuring Fulton Family Farm fruits and an oatmeal streusel topping.
