Tonight’s salad will be marinated Persian cucumbers and spring radishes with toasted seeds & nuts, seasonal field greens, and green goddess dressing  

Grilled Korean chili spiced pork cap on smashed Yukon gold potatoes with roasted garlic and Josi farms broccoli

Miso glazed Ling cod on Dungeness crab and spring garlic fried rice with grilled Josi farms zucchini, with gremolata 

There will be a vegetarian option available by request!

By request, dessert tonight will be Cocoa Puffs and cream parfait.  Cocoa puff dacquoise, chocolate berry ganache, vanilla mousse, and more cocoa puffs.  Yes, it’s cuckoo.
