    Tonight’s salad will be marinated Persian cucumbers and spring radishes with toasted seeds & nuts, seasonal field greens, and green goddess dressing  

    Szechwan spiced duck leg confit on smashed garnet yams with grilled zucchini and a blueberry balsamic duck jus

    Grilled chinook salmon on herbed bulgar salad with sautéed sugar snap peas, fava beans, their greens and green garlic raita
