Classic eggplant parmigiana, served with Casarecce pasta with our housemade pancetta marinara, and a side salad of seasonal greens, pickled red onion, and heirloom cucumbers. For dessert, we’re celebrating the end of summer with a last of the season strawberry trifle: almond cake, local strawberries and a little chantilly cream.
