Roasted half chicken basted with grilled meyer lemon and rosemary. Served with fingerling potato gratin, braised greens, our house made bacon, garlic and caramelized onions.
Tonight’s salad is a mixed kale salad with lemon anchovy vinaigrette, pickled red onions, spiced hazelnuts, and garlic herb crumbs.
Dessert will be a blackberry and apricot slab pie with a butter crust.
