Come enjoy a plate of red wine braised beef short ribs with garlic smashed potatoes and roasted carrots. There will also be a side salad of seasonal greens, marinated cucumbers, and pickled red onions. For dessert, chocolate Moelleux with tart cherry and red wine compote.
