Burgundy Beef Stew – Come in and cozy up with braised stew of beef short ribs, carrots and roasted fingerling potatoes, with Gruyere cheese puffs on the side. A salad of chicories with pickled red onions, grilled Asian pears, spiced hazelnuts and champagne vinaigrette. For dessert, we’re celebrating the season with apple tarts.
