Rolled fennel crusted pork belly wrapped around house Italian sausage and slow roasted. Served with a creamy parmesan polenta and garlic roasted Brussels sprouts and carrots.
Included is our curly green kale Caesar salad, with anchovy dressing, pickled red onions, spiced hazelnuts, and garlic herb crumbs. (gluten free without crumbs)
Dessert is caramel apple crisp with a dollop of creme fraiche.
