Our seasonal salad tonight will be Josi farms kale and radicchio Caesar salad with pickled red onions, herb bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts. Dressed with anchovy lemon vinaigrette and house smoked Ling cod.
Crispy pork schnitzel on horseradish spiked parsnip and celery root purée, cabbage cordito, and a beer mustard cream sauce

Marinated local Ling cod with grilled asparagus, chickpeas, spring garlic, and sauce zhoug

Housemade lasagna with thyme roasted porcini mushroom and braised fava greens layered between fresh egg pasta, goat cheese, mozzarella, and provolone. Served with a Marsala mushroom cream sauce and toasted pine nuts
It’s Derby weekend, so the odds are good that tonight’s dessert will be a play on a mint julep! Fancy hats are not required.
