A classic Italian American Sunday supper this week. House made meatballs and sweet Italian sausage, fresh bucatini noodles tossed with roasted pork rib sugo and Parmesan cheese. Served with toasted Wolf Moon sesame garlic toast.
Our favorite kale caesar salad is your first course: a mix of kale, pickled red onion, spiced hazelnuts, and garlic bread crumbs tossed with our anchovy vinaigrette.
For dessert we’ll have espresso panna cotta with dainty shortbread cookies.
