    Red wine braised short ribs of beef, with roasted garlic smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, braised greens and spiced carrots. Mixed kale caesar salad with pickled red onions, herb crumbs and toasted hazelnuts.  For dessert, enjoy spice cake with orange and rum.
