Housemade ricotta dumplings with summer vegetables- housemade gnudi with English peas, carrots, garlic scape pesto and truffle. 

We’re changing up the salad tonight and serving Josi Farms mixed cucumber salad with sprouts, spicy greens, toasted seeds, nuts and green goddess dressing. 

The fruit is starting to really come in, so tonight’s dessert will feature fruit from Fulton Family Farms in an apricot and raspberry buckle.
