    Grilled Chinook salmon a la pistou – Spring vegetable sauté of snap peas, fava beans, grilled zucchini/asparagus and salmon braised white beans with toasted pepitas-basil pistou.

    Josi farms vegetable Parmesan – Herb crumb breaded and baked zucchini layered between basil pesto ricotta, braised mustard greens, Asiago and mozzarella. Served with fresh Kalamata olive radiatore and roasted tomato sauce.

    Tonight’s salad will be a mix of Circe’s greens tossed in anchovy vinaigrette, with pickled red onions, herb crumbs, toasted nuts/seeds and house smoked Ling cod.

    Dessert will be greek yogurt panna cotta, with honey drizzled strawberries, candied pistachios, and served with brown sugar shortbread.
