Changing up our salad this week with a mixed chicory salad with grilled fuyu persimmon, pickled red onions, toasted seeds & nuts, Laura Chanel goat cheese and golden balsamic.

Szechwan spiced duck leg confit on ginger and pork fried rice with garlic roasted Brussels and pomegranate molasses.

OR

Korean miso glazed Columbia river sturgeon on grilled green onion, marinated radish and tobiko caviar rice salad with tarragon cream sauce.

OR

Crispy tofu in a Korean chili and soy broth with Josi farms bok choy, purple daikon kimchee, braised greens, toasted sesame and brown rice. 

A dessert of coconut dacquoise, caramel, chocolate ganache and candied almonds will end things on a sweet note.
