Tonight’s salad is Josi farms kale Caesar salad with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts, and house smoked coho salmon tossed in a lemon- anchovy vinaigrette .
Grilled rosemary marinated lamb T bone with housemade sausage, Moroccan couscous, braised Portuguese kale, sweet peppers and zhoug.
OR
Cioppino with Manila clams, mussels, house smoked Ling cod, and fresh orzo simmered in a broth of Moss creek farms tomatoes with white wine, saffron and grilled Wolfmoon sesame, garlic bread.
Finishing off the meal with something new! A muakacha of phyllo, custard and pistachios, scented with vanilla and rosewater.
