Tonight’s salad is Circe’s garden field greens Caesar salad with herbed bread crumbs, pickled red onion, mixed seeds & nuts, house smoked chinook salmon and lemon/anchovy vinaigrette

Mediterranean spiced leg of lamb on herbed couscous with Josi’s summer beans and salsa verde

House made vegetarian lasagna with grilled Josi’s farm zucchini and 5 cheese blend layered between fresh egg pasta, toasted pine nuts, basil and a chili tomato butter sauce

Marinated, oven roasted local line caught Lingcod on cauliflower purée with sugar snap peas, melody broccoli and grilled lemon.

Need a trifle more? Dessert has you covered with a summer fruit trifle with vanilla pastry cream, berry syrup and butter pound cake.
