Our seasonal salad tonight will be marinated Josi farms radish and shaved fennel salad with mixed sprouts, house smoked Chinook salmon, green goddess dressing and mixed seeds & nuts.
Grilled beef short ribs marinated in sesame and Szechuan chili with Dungeness crab fried rice, steamed bok choy, ginger and scallions.
OR
Crispy spiced tofu in a black garlic-porcini broth with brown rice, roasted turnips, kimchi carrots, and gingered bok choy.
All entrees served with Housemade kimchi and Ssamjang dipping sauce
Dessert will be matcha cake with tart cherries and whipped cream.
