Our seasonal salad tonight will be marinated Josi farms radish salad with shaved fennel, ruby grapefruit, chicories, microgreens and a pecorino-preserved lemon vinaigrette.
Roasted game hen marinated in citrus and herbs served with rogue river smoked blue cheese polenta, chili roasted vegetables and pickled pepper ranch

Grilled Chinook salmon – Roasted gold beets, sprouts, and spiced chickpeas with garlic hummus and grilled Meyer lemon gremolata
Dessert will be coffee caramel custard with chocolate shortbread and crunchy caramel pearls.
