Crispy pork schnitzel on horseradish mashed potatoes with caraway cabbage, roasted carrots and a grain mustard cream sauce

Bay City Kitchen Bouillabaisse of marinated Ling cod and Dungeness crab stuffed squid in a tomato-citrus fumet with orzo and grilled Wolfmoon garlic bread.

Our seasonal salad tonight will be marinated Josi farms radish salad with shaved fennel, ruby grapefruit, chicories, microgreens and a pecorino-preserved lemon vinaigrette.

Let’s bring on thoughts of spring with rhubarb galettes.  A butter pie crust with spiced rhubarb will finish off tonight’s dinner sweetly.
