Salad will be Josi farms mixed kale Caesar with pickled red onions, herb crumbs, mixed seeds, nuts, and house smoked cod.

Quince season is short, so we’re going to finish off dinner with a quince and apple caramel cake, caramel sauce and some quince compote. There may be quince brandy involved.
