Rolled and spiced pork belly wrapped around housemade Italian fennel sausage, with fresh chanterelles, creamy polenta and braised lacinato kale. Included is our classic green salad of local chicories with grilled pears, pickled red onions, spiced hazelnuts, and champagne vinaigrette. Dessert is apple crisp made with local apples.
