Starting off our Sunday celebration with marinated Josi farms radish and grilled asparagus salad with green goddess dressing, crumbled feta and Circe’s field greens 

House smoked beef brisket with a fermented chili and rhubarb glaze, on horseradish mashed potatoes with marinated spring raab.

Grilled sturgeon on black lentils and roasted gold beets, with fava leaves and a spring garlic preserved citrus gremolata. 

OR

Vegetarian lasagna with roasted morel mushrooms, braised Swiss chard and lacinato kale layered between fresh egg pasta sheets with herbed ricotta, mozzarella and served with tomato butter sauce. 

Finishing off with an olive oil cake made with local Durant olive oil, fresh local strawberries and a dollop of cream cheese mousse.

$35 per person, 3pm-8pm
