Starting off with our classic Circe’s Field Greens Caesar salad with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, and mixed seeds &nuts. Dressed in a lemon anchovy vinaigrette and topped with house smoked cod.

Red wine and anise braised beef short ribs on horseradish smashed garnet yams, with steamed spring raab and braising jus

Early season grilled local Chinook salmon on roasted sunchoke purée with gingered bok choy and soft herb gremolata 

Finishing tonight with a classic chocolate mousse, candied cocoa nibs and nuts, and whipped cream
