Supper begins with marinated spring radish and shaved carrot salad with green goddess dressing, seasonal greens and crumbled blue cheese. 

Herb and lemon basted 1/2 roasted chicken on cheesy golden polenta with grilled zucchini, roasted purple sprouting broccoli and house smoked brisket gravy

OR

Grilled Chinook salmon with roasted garnet yams, snap peas, castelvetrano olives, pickled vegetables and light fennel- spring garlic cream sauce.

OR

Housemade Cannelloni with fresh egg pasta sheets rolled around roasted porcini mushrooms, grilled asparagus and basil whipped ricotta. Topped with Grana Podano, toasted pine nuts and an asparagus cream sauce. 

We’re finishing off tonight in the thick of strawberry season, so dessert will be lemon posset with strawberries in three ways.
