Starting off tonight is Josi farms kale Caesar salad with pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, mixed seeds & nuts, lemon-anchovy dressing .
Spiced duck leg confit on Parmesan polenta, fall peppers, red onion, and green bean sauté with golden balsamic and local grapes.

Grilled Chinook salmon and steamed Manila clams on wild mushroom fried rice with roasted fennel and preserved citrus gremolata
Finishing with the sweetness of autumn with spice cake, rum custard and an apple rhubarb compote.
