Circe’s Garden mixed field greens tossed in a lemon anchovy vinaigrette with herb crumbs, pickled red onions, seeds & nuts, and house smoked coho salmon.

Spiced duck leg confit with flageolet beans, roasted chanterelles, house smoked beef belly, cauliflower and preserved citrus gremolata 

OR

Marinated local albacore tuna Nicoise, grilled rare, with pickled Fresno chili, roasted garnet yams, mixed olives, green beans, roasted fennel and saffron aioli.

Going full shoulder season with a dessert tonight of butterscotch pudding, tart cherries and shortbread.
