Salad to start off will be mixed seasonal greens, marinated mozzarella, Moss Creek farms cherry tomatoes, grilled Fulton Family Farms stone fruit, golden balsamic, and toasted pine nuts.

Rolled and roasted lamb loin with rosemary and garlic, on herbed orzo with local chanterelles, braised greens and sauce vert.

OR

Grilled coho salmon on smashed garnet yams with ratatouille and drunken mixed olive tapenade.

Dessert tonight will bring a little sunshine with a lemon and blueberry trifle. Layers of lemon mousse, buckwheat crumble and fresh berries.
