Tonight’s salad will be baby arugula, Josi farms radicchio, and mixed greens salad tossed in a Parmesan vinaigrette with marinated cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mixed seeds & nuts, and pickled red onions
Duck leg confit on herbed polenta, with grilled Moss creek farm zucchini, pressed heirloom tomato, and balsamic
OR
Grilled local Coho salmon on baba ganoush, with roasted yams, snap peas, fennel, oil cured olives, and pistou
Stone fruit season will be over before we know it, but before that happens we’ll finish dinner with a peach crisp with ginger streusel topping, and vanilla creme anglaise.
