Start your supper with Circe’s field greens Caesar salad with herbed bread crumbs, pickled red onions, toasted seeds & nuts, and house smoked salmon. Tossed in a lemon-anchovy vinaigrette,
Butter basted NY Strip streak with twice baked rogue river blue cheese potato, chili roasted Josi farms melody broccoli and a caramelized shallot- sherry jus,

Grilled-herb marinated local Chinook salmon on olive oil smashed Yukon gold potatoes with creamed Fulton Family Farms corn, summer bean sauté and mixed olive tapenade.

Housemade vegetarian lasagna of grilled Moss Creek zucchini, garlic roasted corn, basil whipped ricotta, goat cheese, mozzarella, and Grana Podano. Served with a tomato, chili, butter sauce and toasted pine nuts.
The summer figs are ripening, and so we’ll end sweetly with a buckwheat and summer fig torte. Fresh blackberries and vanilla sauce will finish your plate.
