We’re turning two! Two years ago we opened our Kitchen and we’ve been feeding you ever since. So without further ado, here’s the menu for Sunday Supper:

Start your supper with Circe’s field greens, radicchio, and baby arugula Caesar salad with house smoked coho salmon, pickled red onions, herbed bread crumbs, and mixed seeds&nuts, tossed in a lemon anchovy vinaigrette.

Brined and slow roasted whole pig! Chopped and marinated in Chimichurri, served with Josi farms mixed cabbage cordito, roasted corn on the cob with garlic butter and kings Hawaiian sweet rolls

OR

Housemade lasagna of grilled zucchini, roasted sweet corn, and basil whipped ricotta layered between fresh egg pasta sheets, mozzarella, goat cheese, and provolone. Served with a Calabrian chili and brown butter marinara.

And what’s a birthday without a cake? Stone fruit and vanilla cake with a raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
