Tomato and wine braised beef Osso Bucco with twice baked blue cheese & caramelized onion potatoes, garlic roasted Brussels sprouts, and salsa verde.

Pacific NW seafood melange of steamed Manila clams, marinated local ling cod, bay shrimp, white beans, and soft herbs in a saffron-citrus broth. Served with toasted Wolfmoon bread and roasted garlic butter

Our seasonal salad tonight will be marinated radishes, shaved fennel, house smoked Coho salmon, mixed greens, green goddess dressing, mixed seeds & nuts.

Dessert tonight will be an almond torte, with apricot lekvar, a dried apricot jam.  Finishing your torte will be a dark chocolate ganache.
