Yukon gold potato-leek soup with salmon roe

Marinated radishes, shaved fennel, sprouts, house smoked Ling cod, green goddess dressing, mixed seeds & nuts

Tasting plate:

Grilled squid stuffed with Dungeness crab

Housemade gougere filled with bay shrimp, preserved lemon gremolata and crème fraiche

Grilled/marinated sardine with pickled pepper relish and roasted garlic smashed beans

Manila clams, mussels, and marinated Ling cod in a lemongrass, chili, citrus broth with toasted orzo and soft herbs

Tasting plate:

Gougere filled with pickled pepper relish and carmelized onion

Twice baked potato filled with braised kale and blue cheese

Cumin roasted carrots and crème fraiche

Wild mushroom risotto with fontina, crispy leeks and green onion crème sauce.

We’ll finish off your feast tonight with a simple sweet plate of treats, and your choice of boozy eggnog or hot chocolate.
