Spiced duck breast on aromatic vegetable fried rice with bok choy, and a sour cherry duck jus

Marinated local Ling cod on truffled quinoa with shaved fennel, grilled Treviso radicchio, and a onion/basil cream sauce

Crispy, spiced tofu with brown rice, ginger braised bok choy, toasted sesame, green onions and gochujang.

Salad will be Josi farm kale Caesar salad with house smoked cod, garlic crumbs, anchovy dressing, toasted seeds & nuts.

Last week was so much chocolate we’re going the opposite direction this week!  Citrus cheesecake with mandarins and a shortbread crumb crust will finish out tonight’s Supper.
