Breaded Pork schnitzel with roasted root vegetable gratin, Brussels, baby carrots and a whole grain mustard cream sauce

Marinated Ling cod on wild mushroom quinoa, with shaved fennel, grilled radicchio, and green onion/basil cream sauce. 

Salad will be Josi farm kale Caesar salad with house smoked local cod, garlic crumbs, anchovy dressing, toasted seeds & nuts.

Dessert tonight will be for the chocolate lovers out there. Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and cocoa dusted crunchy meringue.
