Oregon truffled white polenta with grilled local porcini mushrooms, butter basted turnips, braised greens and red wine mushroom jus.

Salad will be Josie farm kale Caesar salad with house smoked ling cod, garlic crumbs, anchovy dressing, toasted seeds & nuts.

Keeping dessert light this week with a spiced panna cotta with fresh Fuyu persimmon and pomegranate. Note! This panna cotta contains gelatin, vegan panna cotta can be substituted on request. Yes, you still will get the persimmon!
