Milk-braised pork osso bucco with roasted fall vegetables, fresh egg noodles, brown butter, soft herbs and grilled Meyer lemon. Served with a mixed kale Caesar salad with anchovy dressing, pickled red onions, spiced hazelnuts, and garlic bread crumbs. Dessert will be an apple frangipane tart in a shortbread cookie crust.
