Breaded and pan fried pork Schnitzel with house made spaetzle, brown butter turnips and sweet and sour cabbage. Served with a salad of mixed chicories, grilled Asian pear, pickled red onion, spiced hazelnuts and champagne vinaigrette. Tonight’s dessert is apple strudel.
